 During labor:

1.      Perineum Massage in the delivery room:  the midwife is the person who will perform the perineum massage when the baby’s head comes out. Prepare a bottle of almond and vitamin E oil. Let the doctor know that you were practicing and preparing the perineum for giving birth and ask for the midwife to massage you with the oil you brought.
